OUR SERVICE
Mobile harvesting guarantees superior quality for beef, hogs, sheep, and goats. By processing the animals on the farm, we minimize stress and keep stress hormone levels low, ensuring a healthier, more tender product. Our process includes harvesting, skinning, and cleaning the animal on-site. We then transport it in our refrigerated truck to a trusted partnering butcher shop for final processing. FARMER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
A tractor or loader must be present on-site if the animals are not contained in an area accessible to the winch for retrieval.
Hogs must be off-feed for at least 12 hours before harvest and should be moved to a small enclosure or paddock.
