Step 1
SCHEDULE WITH YOUR BUTCHER
We collaborate with several local butcher shops to offer our services. Please arrange your processing day with them, and they will coordinate the harvest day with us.
STEP 2
MOBILE HARVEST
Our team arrives at your farm to harvest your livestock in their own pasture. We then skin, quarter, and place the meat into our refrigerated truck, where it will cool down while being taken to your butcher shop for processing.
Step 3
PROCESS & PICK-UP
After the animal arrives at your butcher, they will complete the processing and finalize your order.
